Return Policy:
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from MIJOY. If an item you ordered from MijoyOnline.com does not meet your expectations (for reasons other than a defect), you can return it to us within 14 days from the day you receive it. (If you purchased a MIJOY product from somewhere other than this website, then you must follow that store's return policy). Your returned item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in unused condition.
Returned items should be shipped back to us at your expense. To receive a refund, all returns must be received back in the same condition that you received it so we recommend insuring the package. Also, be sure to pack it properly to avoid damage. Returns can be mailed to: MIJOY, PO Box 85, Barrington, NH 03825. If you need a street address to send your return to, please contact us first.
Once received by us, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. We will refund your purchase price minus shipping charges. *Please note that if you received free shipping, the actual shipping charges that we paid for you will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. In the event of an exchange you will receive a voucher code for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You can then use that code to order the item(s) of your choice from MijoyOnline.com. Your credit will be deducted from your new order total. The exchanged item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in unused condition. Follow the same mailing instructions above to send the item back to us.
We take great care to make sure that all items ordered from us have no defects. However, in the unlikely instance that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it at our expense or refund your full purchase price plus reimburse you for shipping it back to us. We must receive it back within 14 days from your receipt of it, and in the condition that you received it.
If you are making a return or exchange, please notify us by phone or email before you ship it.
There are no exceptions to our return policy.
